Sluts are Ruining Humanity

I argued and argued with my friend the other day and I was serious. My face was turning purple, my voice was raising, my tongue jumping, my insides curling.
  The fact of the matter is that most of the time I don't agree with what she has to say. However, maybe if she'd talk with less judgment, reflect, think and speak more positively, I might hear her out.
  We were arguing about "modesty" and sexuality. She didn't have the decency not to call complete strangers sluts and apparently... all of the Disney princesses are sluts as well.
  Well, well... because Ariel (Little mermaid) is always in her bra. Belly buttons are hanging out. The "sky is falling! The sky is falling!"
  I don't mind different opinions, but when insults are getting thrown around, suddenly, they aren't as appealing.

  I personally love strutting in a bikini, I love low cut shirts, I love bootie shorts. I love feeling sexy and I as a person... NO JOKE... feels more comfortable with less clothes... and it doesn't make me a slut.
  It only makes me confident with who I am, unafraid to be me. Forever and always, getting at me, pleasing myself without hurting anyone.
  Personally, it's feminine and many guys like checking out a girl's bum once in a while.
  And I don't do it for guys, but that's only a pro in the situation.
  So what is this fucking post about... my negation. Here's what some people say. Here's my opinion. Read on, lovelies.

1. Sluts go out with barely anything on and then cry about getting raped. (It's not the lady's fault. It's the man's. He didn't have enough self control to keep his palms off. We don't blame murder victims for pissing the murderer off or for being an easy target and we don't blame a victim of theft for having stuff that are worth stealing. No, no, we blame the criminals and it should be the case for any situation. Men can't possibly be that out of control and anyway, there are many victims of rape who dress modestly. It's the rapist!) 
2. Sluts dress slutty, act slutty and don't accept the consequences with doing so. (Unfortunately, there are consequence with every little thing and some girls can't accept that. But this is a freaking generalization! Anyway, girls can advocate for a better response from people who can't accept things that are different.)
3. The sluts make men do horrible things like cheat on their wives. (It's wrong, in my opinion to help a man cheat, but the man is in the wrong even more so, he's the one who owes his wife respect... not the lady.)
4. Men can sleep with many women, but women need more self respect... to save men from themselves. (Really? Really? Well, in that case, men need to save themselves! They aren't given enough responsibility! That's the problem.)
5. STDs wouldn't happen if having many sexual partners was... okay. It's a consequence! (It's a consequence for not being responsible. Girls be careful. Men, you need to as well.)
6. Men put women in two different categories: "The one's I'd like to marry and the one's I'd like to sleep with." The one's they would like to sleep with are the sluts. (Well, the girls need to find men who agree with them... or not. I don't know, I don't care.)
7. Men are wired differently than women. Women get attached to a men after sleeping with them. (Not. Always. True.)

  

I wouldn't call myself a feminist. I don't go on and on about how badly women have been treated in this society. However, I do ask that we females get the opportunities to dress as sexy as we please without being a called a slut. I also hope that one day we'll be able to sleep with as many eager men as we'd like without being shunned. Of course, society will never be without judgmental people because not everyone thinks like me, but what if we could learn to accept and love each other regardless of our differences.
   Anyway, I just thought I'd spread a healthy message on my very new blog. I hope everyone liked it and if you didn't, I don't mind criticism. No matter how "mean" your comment might be, I won't delete it, I genuinely just like the interaction on blogs. It gives people the opportunity to learn about each other.
